I came here on Sunday and ordered the #11 and threw on a asada street taco to try as well. It was so delicious & the staff was... so friendly. Great food, I?ve had quite a few different items in the menu and they were fantastic, especially the horchata. But? yes there?s... a but. The tres leches is not very appetizing, like at all. It tasted like great value cake mix with just whole milk poured ontoit. So I?ll skip dessert next time. Read more

My hub & I just ordered. I ordered just beans & rice. The beans was so hot I could not eat them. I tasted my hubs side of beans... and his was the same. Glad I tested his since he has ulcers. Good thing it wasn't for a little child .Disappointed customer. Read more

Just came from there for the first time. Walked in with another customer, stood there for 10 minutes with no service. I could... hear all of the employees talking in the in the back of the store but no one came out. We couldn't see them or else we wouldhave waved or said something. I just was so disappointed. I come here like 2-4 times a week in the drive through. Ordered a meal, when I accepted it through the window, i spilled some,... all in the bag. No big deal, my fault. Looking in the bag, I found no silverware to eat it, let alone separate it. I called backto ask my options since I was on lunch and don?t have time to go back. The lady said i saw you spill it, I?m not giving you yourmoney back. I told her I didn?t want my money back, I love the food but I didn?t know what to do. She asked what do I think sheshould do? I said I think we both know the answer is I bring this full plate back, uneaten, after I?m off, and have the foodreplaced this time with plastic ware so I could eat. She said she didn?t have time for this, I said me neither, I?m on my lunchbreak. She hung up on me. Knowing I was going to be late, I raced back down the restaurant to speak with a manager. I thendecided it wasn?t worth it, returned the food in the same condition I was forced to leave it in the bag (it was a big mess inthe bag, again I spilled it when I accepted it, but without a fork or anything, I had no way to clean up the mess.) I just hopethat lady wasn?t too busy to clean up the mess that had been in the bag, like she was too busy to help me. Hopefully since sheactually has tools to eat, oops I mean clean up, it won?t be as big of a problem as it was for me. A little extra goes a longway, especially for someone who eats there multiple times every week. Could?ve just agreed with the customer instead of decidingto stand on taco mountain. Girl you should quit if you don?t understand what the problem is. And I never even was able to get amanagers name from them. What a shame i won?t be eating there anymore.
