This location is very well run. Since moving to Franklin we have had food from a lot of the places around and this KFC is one of... the best. EDIT Most recent experience was awful. The employees were great but literally all of our food was disgusting. Chickenwas old and dry, choked on the biscuits they were so dry, my chicken little sandwich bun was hard as a rock, chicken on thesandwich was dry, chewy and disgusting. Read more

My fiancé and 2 year old child went through the drive through for lunch today. She provided her credit card for payment to the... employee working the window. The employee proceeded to fall asleep/pass out standing up at the cash register with my fiancé?scard still inserted for payment. We are not ones to assume drugs therefore we hope she gets a better nights rest tonight.
