They decided to close their store 15 minutes early by putting up all their products they refused us saying they wouldn't pull... everything out for 2 people .this is unacceptable as a food service this location was very rude when your closing time says 10that means 10 not 15 minutes before that is a lazy behavior and needs to be corrected immediately. Food is good and service fast. The only down side is when my wife orders extra Guacamole and you still can't find any on the... sandwich. This is the third time this happened. I called the manager twice and they replace the sandwich both times but the ideaof having to drive back when I'm ready to eat is disappointing. Read more
This review was from a Tuesday evening about 8pm. There were 4-5 employees present. I believe when we got there there may have... been 1 other customer, While we were there, a mother and daughter came in and left. We were greeted promptly. My wifeordered a #7 combo. I ordered a 13 combo. He asked me again and I repeated it. The young man asked me if I wanted cheese foran upcharge (13s come with cheese, so I was confused). Just a couple of minutes later, we noticed sandwiches that were on thepickup counter, which were a #4 and #7, so I ignored them. Another young man said these were mine. This led to a discussionabout why this was a #4 and not a #13. The (apparent) manager came up to see what the discussion was. I was in a hurry andpreemptively decided just to eat the #4 (with cheese, explaining that question from before). The manager could/should have atleast thanked me for being flexible...nada. My wife asked about napkins and the person responding pointed "they are over there",but they weren't, they were behind the counter. The back door at this restaurant, open to the back lot, was propped open about8" with a floor mat the entire approx 30 minutes we were there. It was 32 (I looked) outside. The kids there clearly aren'tpaying the heating bill. I am assuming that this was for purposes of ease of access to the trash (evidence of cleaning inprogress). However, this made the place cold for me and my wife, and invites rodents in (didn't see any). I asked them whetherthey meant for it to be open...yes, was the response. Overall this gets a "meh". There is too much competition locally for meto bother with this mediocre performance and lack of concern with service. Read more
