This place is getting one star as my food was decent and the customer service was saved by the last employee I interacted with.... I was hoping to leave a review on the Burger King survey however when I got my receipt conveniently there was no survey code toleave a review for that location so I've now turned to Google instead. As someone who's worked multiple customer service jobs Iunderstand that you don't always have a good day but I do feel like it's necessary to uphold the professional image of the placethat you work. I interacted with an employee which I believe is named Collan. I rolled up to the 1st window to pay for my food. There was no greeting or at least a verification of the price, took the card swiped it and handed it back and when I said thankyou he grunted at me. When I said something to the employee that gave me my food they apologized and said he's even worse to thepeople that work there. If it wasn't for that brief interaction I definitely wouldn't be returning. Read more
Be sure to come here if you want to be yelled at for taking time to look at their menu. Especially because you don't know the... breakfast menu at all. Timers are way more important than customer satisfaction anyway. Read more
You should totally come here for breakfast if you enjoyed being rushed to order. How dare I get my app open to get the best... price possible in this economy. Next time I want to enjoy a pleasant drive-thru breakfast I'll just go to Wendy's or McDonald's. Read more
