I?m currently unable to walk because I tore my Achilles, so I?m on a knee scooter. I went into this place and the guy behind the... counter said I?m not allowed to have the scooter. I told him I?m not able to walk and showed him my cast and he told me to gooutside and he?ll take my order there. I was pretty shocked because I thought a national franchise would be ADA compliant but Iguess not. Guy was pretty rude about it too. Told me to wait outside by the door (it was pretty cold out). Safe to say I won?tbe coming back to place. Edit: I got a reply back from the subway. The employee claims that he said I could come in with thescooter and he?d make my sandwich which is a complete lie and the management team seems not to care at all. At first I was justgonna complain and put up the review but now since we?re just going to lie to my face Im feeling I should raise a stink aboutthis. Read more

I don't even understand. Had he been training his whole life? I ordered some sandwiches in the app and arrived early, so I went... in to check if my order was done. I went there today and left quick. Very fast and nice employees. Great customer service. Definitely coming back to subway.

On the overhead menu they had a special advertised. I ordered it and when I went to pay they told me they weren't honoring... that special... that it was $2 more. He couldn't give me that price. Store is kept in good shape, always stocked and never missing ingredients or out of products. Zaina and Fatimah were especially... helpful in working together to help me decide how to make my sandwich to my exact needs, and adding that special something to mylunch!
