The service was pretty good.. Ive seen fresher ingredients though but still my sandwich was good .I did notice the sandwich bar... was not very clean Crusty tuna in the corner ,needed a nice cleaning . Read more

Went there today with friends to buy five subs. That lady manger has to be the rudest and most unprofessional manager I've come... across at a Subway. I asked her a simple question about a coupon and she seemed liked she didn't want to be bothered. Then aguy employee asked a question and she was rude again answering him in Spanish thinking I didn't speak Spanish. Then he askedher if they had veggies patties because there wasn't any in the front and she said they don't have any even though he found somein the walk in fridge. I asked another lady employee for a fork and she budded in all rude to say they don't have forks. Thatlady shouldn't be a manger. If she doesn't like her job she should look for another job that doesn't involve HELPING customers.I will never go back to that Subway and if you want a pleasant experience you should avoid this Subway. So I already had a bad feeling since the very beginning. I walked in and the lady left to the back and had me waiting for 6... minutes. She finally gets out and i had to repeat myself various times on what I wanted. Also, not to mention, they didn?t havesalt and pepper which I had to put some on when I got home. Then I had a coupon for a free cookie and she scanned it and stillplaced an order on my receipt (which I didn?t realized until I got home). I saw how she didn?t place a cookie in my bag so Iasked and she said the coupon didn?t scan through. So I took back my coupon and left. Once I got home, i saw that she had placeda cookie on my receipt. So I payed for a cookie I didn?t receive. Read more

I came here with a few friends around our break and the line was pretty long. Lunch time- kinda made sense. Like 2 people... working tho so i get it must've been difficult. The staff was friendly and helped us get a pretty big meal done fast. They wereout of stuff on the bar (the line? Idk the word) but were courteous about it, and checked in back to make sure they had what wewanted. If they were out of something they always had some good suggestions. ((Didn't know I actually liked mozzarella!)) Theylegit cared about the order; the lady making our subs seemed sad that they were out of stock. Overall, a pretty good meal and agreat service experience. Saw them make the bread too- had no idea they made the bread fresh. Seems like a given but still ????.Definitely going again. 4 stars, cuz the line was long. But sometimes good food can take a few minutes and I get that. Read more
