I ordered delivery today 10/6 First of all the personal pan pizza i... ordered was smashed to the box because they forgot to put the stand in there. The pizza itself was gross. Also got a pasta andthey filled it up a 1/4 of the way. there was hardly any pasta in the tray and it was watery! also ordered wings? and guesswhat.. Horrible horrible customer service. Do not ever order from here. We put in an order for delivery at 9:00 and we never got the... food delivered. We called multiple times and they said they couldn?t give us a refund. Local store would not even answer thephone. Besides them NOT knowing how to make even slightly close similar cuts, my pizza was RAW. SO RAW THAT IT HAD NO STRUCTURE. the... crust immediately separates from the body and is a soggy nightmare. they remembered extra cheese so good for them but forwaiting 50 minutes this is ridiculous.. Read more

My boyfriend flew in from Texas and just wanted some good pizza... we?ll needless to say they completely gave us horrible food... and customer service... guy at the counter had a really bad attitude when we went in to pick up our order and asked the otherlady working to ring us up when he had already been helping us. And the food well.. pizza was all marinara no cheese , wings hadno buffalo sauce , they burned our bread stick and didn?t even bother to cut them or include the marinara sauce with it . Ordered my pizza on the app. Arrived in the time frame the app said to arrive. When I picked up the pizza it felt lukewarm. ... After opening the box I realized they gave me an old pizza that someone else must have ordered as it was not light on the sauceand had jalapenos in the box. I did not order jalapenos and ordered light sauce. I added a picture of the pizza that does notlook or taste fresh. Read more
