Panda Express has been one of my favorite places ever since I tried it for the first time ???? Unfortunately, I have been... getting bad customer service at this location because they wait until there's no more if a certain food choice to start makingit, forcing us the customers, to wait at least 10 minutes and afterwards they expect a donation! With that kind of customerservice, not likely! I'm really sorry for this review, but I'm very particular about my food and I want to eat what I want, notwhat you want me to eat! Maybe they might need more training about the timing to keep the food choices available at all times.Another thing is, that I arrived before closing and they had ran out of one of my choices and there was very little of theother, but they told me that the amount of food that they were making was only for the customers that were already waiting andwhen I asked them to make a little more for me, they said that they were not going to cook anymore food because they were aboutto close. This customer service was, to say the least, terrible ???? I'm sure that loosing one customer it's not going to hurtthem, but if they keep treating customers like that, they will loose more than just one. Love Panda, but the lady named Yaya working here had some serious attitude. She didn?t want to give me the teriyaki sauce for my... chicken and when asked about it she said ?one per order?, I had two orders and didn?t get any. And she?ll look you up and downlike she?s judging you. Read more
It would help a better system where the Manager is in charge of their food levels, especially during your pick hours; I had to... wait for about 20 minutes for my order, that's not counting the waiting time in the line, because they ran out of food, alsobreak times during pick hours are not recommended. I made my order online, and it was supposed to be ready at 2:40 pm, it took me 20 minutes to get to the store and I had to wait... 20 more minutes for them to give me my order... and it's the second time it's happened to me... I don't think this is a goodtime for a "fast food" place. I don't know if they need support in the kitchen, because there was only one person during rushhour. Read more
Panda Express is reasonably priced for the portion of food. Although as a YELP Elite the price was a non-factor. I ordered the... walnut shrimp with super greens and the beef broccoli with fried rice. Of course the meal could not be complete without thethree-piece cream cheese wontons. So essentially two bowls and wontons for $2.50 I can dig YELP Elite. This was the very firsttime that I received more than four shrimp and it was greatly appreciated. I hope this trend continues. Each of the meals werepiping hot because it was crowded when I arrived between 5-6:30. In fact the line was outside the door. There were plenty ofservers, taking orders and managing their quick service without waiting long. I was so hungry, I devoured my food in the car. Icould have eaten at the outdoor patio but that was full. Inside seating was tight and I like to eat while watching JudgeMathis. Google maps was off. Panda Express is in the same shopping center of Smart & Final and Target. Aug 2022 Been waiting for this store to open!!! It is now open. I typically like this chain as the food recipes are the same... wherever I go in the country. West Coast or East Coast. My all-time favorite is the Chow Mein noodles and the OrangeChicken. But today I had the noodles, Chicken Mushroom and Broccoli Steak. The noodles were smaller than usual and had lessflavor. What in the world?! The Chicken Mushroom was perfect! Great flavor. The Broccoli Steak was ok, broccoli could have beencooked more and the steak was perfectly cooked. Also had 1 spring roll and the cream cheese rangoon. Spring roll ???? Rangoonnot so good...the cream cheese was mushy instead of the light melted texture they usually have. Service is great. They greetedyou with a smile. Loved that. I came at the time just before the lunch rush.
