I love McDonald's iced coffee's but this McDonald's is very very slow. To many employees standing around playing on there... phones, handing out wrong orders, cold food to customers. EMPLOYEES NEED TO STAY OFF THERE PHONES, LEARN THAT CUSTOMERS COMES1ST & FORMOST. IF EMPLOYEES WANT TO PLAY ON THEY PHONE WHILE ON THE CLOCK THEN THEY SHOULD NOT BE TRYING TO WORK. The person taking the order was very sweet even though the item I was asking was a little confusing for her she took time asking... me questions n giving me different options n was very helpful. They will freak up your order. Always check your order before leaving. I try to not eat fast food often, but went there 3 times... in two days. Each time my order was missing items, like half my order type stuff. Read more
Food hot and fresh. Since this is the only Micky D's in the area, the lines are always long in the drive thru. The only reason... why it has 5 stars is because the food is always hot and fresh, to me. The drive thru line is horrendous though. I am assumingbecause the food is going to he cooked fresh. There has been one person taking orders outside though and I am assuming the drivethru speaker is broken that is attached to the menu as normal. Read more
This McDonald?s is one of the worst for accuracy. I live just around the corner, so I come here pretty frequently, and it seems... every visit there is something wrong with my order. Even with mobile ordering. Today they gave my daughter a Happy Meal withONLY a burger, no fries or no apple slices. They put those ?Double checked for accuracy? stickers on their bags and the food isSTILL wrong. I?ve gone in to get things fixed and the front counter workers are always apologetic and get it fixed quickly, butfor it to happen nearly every visit is unacceptable. I don?t know what the problem is but they need to figure it out. Read more
