I just had one of the best customer service experiences I?ve had the pleasure of experiencing from this shop. Jikaria and the... rest of the closing crew were very supportive and empathetic to the fact that our food was stolen by our DoorDasher. Went for the first time the other day, LOVE the convenience of the drive through (we don't have subway drive through in my... county) and the lady that took our order was polite And got our food super quick. By reading through the reviews I'm going totake a educated guess that her name is Molly, it seems the problem is that there are one or two really good workers and thereare a couple of bad eggs that ruin it for everyone, I would fix these bad eggs to keep people coming just saying. This was the worst sandwich I ever received ? not going to this location again . I received a sandwhich full of mustard ? my... bread was soaked in it , I had to wipe a lot of it off just to eat it . I tend to overlook it when a place gets like one or two things wrong with my order but the service I experienced must be... chronicled. Firstly, I used the drive through and there were about three cars ahead of me but, it may as well have been 10because the line was moving so slow I was able to leisurely watch videos on my phone as if i was parked in a lot or something.Secondly, I make it a major point to speak clear and concise at the kiosk yet they still manage to get my order wrong even withall the extra time they have making the food.Thirdly, all the things wrong with my sandwich: sandwich was cold (asked fortoasted), overabundance of pickles and jalapenos, they put thousand island dressing instead of mayonnaise, neglected to putolive oil, put a measly amount of Parmesan cheese, did not cut my sandwich in half ( had to do it myself) and, the pickles werehastily put in a clump which i also had to separate. lastly the server at the window did not have his mask on correctly, if youcan help it skip this restaurant altogether.
