I enjoy subway service is great just one day there was this guy acting weird and kept coming back interrupting the workers from... making other people's food and the worker kept doing what he was told by that customer, also pretty sure the customer paid forwater but got milk drank it and said it was open and got another milk....smh Read more
Do not order online unless you call ahead to make sure they have what you want. I placed order online for 4 subs. They did not... have meatballs (again). They called but I didn't get to the phone and caller id didnt show as Subway. They did not leave amessage. Online tracker said order was complete. Got there and nothing was made. I requested to cancel the order and the youngman assured me that it was no problem to cancel and get a refund. 2 days later I was still charged and told it would take amanager to handle it. Took orders while my food sat and got cold ... Never coming back again Needs to learn to take one order at a time
Visited 20OCT21; no turkey. Staff was friendly, but as I was unable to order even the plainest of sandwiches, low rating. Will... update with future visits, and obviously no where to go but up! 19JAN22: no turkey, ham, steak, bacon, or cookies. 09FEB22: nolettuce, chipotle, or choc chip cookies. 02MAR22: no choc chip cookies 20APR22: no ham 04MAY22: no choc chip cookies 11MAY22: nochoc chip cookies 12MAY22: no ham, no bacon, no choc chip cookies.
