The only reason I went to McDonald's today was to enjoy a McRib. I went inside to ensure my order was accurate in the hopes the... staff wouldn't be as rude since I wasn't in the drive thru line. I was sorely mistaken. I paid in cash, after having used thekiosk to place my order. I noticed the ladies behind the counter were hustling and trying to get door dash orders sent out so Iwaited by the register to pay. One lady acknowledged me and asked if I was ordering to which I replied that I was waiting topay. She finished making a drink he was working on when she spoke to me so I waited and hoped I would be taken care of next. Sothen, I waited, it was 14 minutes before I said anything and at point I politely asked if I could please pay for my food. Theother lady that was behind the counter, I assume the manager because her shirt was different, looks at me and, with an attitude,looks at me...raises a hand and says, 'please give me one second. You see we are extremely busy and we are trying very hardright now.' I stood and looked at her while she continued to stumble over hateful words as she walked over to the register. Shethen pulled up my order and spitefully asked what was on my ticket. She then became more hostile when I handed her cash, thewhole reason I was waiting at the counter, and began mumbling, ' this isn't my job. That is why I don't do this. I have to pee.This is so annoying.' not sure if she knew I could hear what she was saying... doesn't matter, that is ridiculous for anyone tosay/complain while dealing with the public. Soon after I paid, I noticed the first lady that had acknowledged me checking outthe next three people in line without any reservations. This in turn made me feel discriminated against seeing as how I am notthe same race as the women or the other guests that were treated with more respect than I was. Went through here night of the 26th of October. Line moved very slowly. Had a very hard time hearing the drive thru speaker, to... the point I wasn't sure if I heard anything or not. Person taking my money never spoke only may a single grunting noise. MyQuarter Pounder was cold and had so much ketchup on it I couldn't taste anything else, not to mention it was very messy.Couldn't take more than a couple of bites out of it. Worse service, if you go through Drivethru you have to wait atleast 20 minutes, which sucks.

All the tables were dirty. There was something spilled in front of the drinks and no one was concerned about cleaning it up.... When I got my order, I didn't get cups and when I went back to ask she told me they're right there with a very nasty attitude.Once I looked at the cups, they were dirty with like soda. I had to go back and she gives me two cups instead of three and thenrolls her eyes when I said there were three cups. Terrible place. I wish there was a zero star. Read more
Day 2 I come through trying to get some midnight snacks for the pregnant wife and they tell me either ?system is down? and now I... can?t can?t order anything other than pies/fries. Manage your store better learn how to care for your employees and they won?twalk out on you mid shift. Read more
Unacceptable. We ordered food through DoorDash and they didn?t give us half the order. Our Dasher gladly went back to pick up... the remaining Happy Meals and when he delivered them, the kids? nuggets box was filled with tartar sauce and a fry. Completedisrespect; we called the location. The store won?t take accountably and question the person who deliberately did this. At thispoint we don?t want a replacement or a refund. Made to order through kiosk, payment methods are always down. They never have anyone at the register to take payments, takes... forever to get food because you can't pay for your order. Mangers never around. Read more
