Been going to this place since 2005 before this staff came in and took over. And I must say they have never done me wrong. For... as many years they I have been eating here from sitting in the dinning room and take out I still order. Granted from time totime food was not great they have still done right by me. I see a lot of bad reviews about the food. People make mistakes fromtime to time. This review is from my personal experience and can't speak for others. I see hair and bug pictures and I must sayI'm a picky eater and I look at food with a stare everytime and I've never experienced anything like this from them before.Today I walked in and was asked only one order? They know me all too well. I used to order the same exact thing every time andwhen I called I would start the order and they would finish my words before I finished with the way i want it cooked. I only eathere once or twice a month if that and they still get it right. I switched up my order and they haven't skipped a beat in recentyears. Been working here for 2 weeks now and have ordered delivery 4 times. The food has always been too hot to eat at first and very... good. They send utensils and such as requested (a must when delivering to a hotel). I made the mistake of ordering from anotherChinese place because JinJin was closed on Monday and it was bland. I asked for no onions or veggies at all because I?m allergic to onions. When I ordered I specified this. I always do. I get my... food and it?s covered in onions so I call and ask if they can remake it and she says no we can?t because we specify. Well I knewthat was a lie because as I look at my receipt it?s says no rice no onions and then it says no veggies so they did indeed hearme when I asked for no veggies they just don?t want to own up or fix the mistake. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!! The people are rude, worst customer service I've ever experienced. I use to love this place until... they refused to refund me my money for food that had a long black hair in it. They claim the hair was brown and that it wasmine. Which isn't possible because I shaved my hair off months ago and my hair is still really short. They were rude in theirtexts and got an attitude on the phone. They responded on my husband's review calling him a liar and saying we put the hairthere because we didn't want the ribs. NO, WE DIDN'T WANT TO EAT FOOD WITH HAIR IN IT!!!! THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE! After ordering delivery entrees FOR YEARS, my recent delivery of wonton soup included AN INSECT! I called the store and was... transferred to the owner who agreed to give me his cell # so that I could text a picture of the BUG! After doing so, heresponded via text and told me that the bug looks 'like a live bug' so 'it's hard to say it came from the soup or from yourhouse.' Yes, you refunded my credit card $3.88 for the soup (total order over $25)..... YET, NO APOLOGY AND YOU HAD THE NERVETO SEND ME A TEXT STATING THAT YOUR INSECT MAY HAVE CAME FROM MY HOME!! I hope you enjoyed the YEARS of my purchasing food fromyour store...because it is OVER! Oh, and I will tell EVERYONE I know on Fort Bragg and in Spring Lake that they should not orderfrom you UNLESS THEY WANT INSECT SOUP!! Read more
