I waited 45 minutes for an appetizer with 3 kids and over 1 hr and 15 min for a entre they recently added additional tables and... don't have the kitchen to support the additional tables. The manager told me this is basically normal. She tried to tell me wewere only waiting 20-30 min for our appetizer when it was 50 minutes and I even showed her on her slip lol. Then took 1 hr 15for entre. Never coming here again based on the fact the manager didn't even apologize. She basically said I don't know goodfood and I don't know what I am talking about. She also welcomed that we never come there again after complaining. That's notthe way to treat customers. Wow terribly run restaurant... Used to be good. Read more

Chicken parm sandwich was chewy and the cheese was regular, sliced ?American? mozzarella. Who does that? Where?s the fresh mozz?... The entire place needs a DEEP cleaning as I stood around waiting for my order to be ready. I really wanted to run. Haven?t beenin there in probably 10 years and now I remember why. GROSS and FILTHY. Always have a great meal and cocktails, pizza is coal fired and literally made with love and the food is consistant. Love the... pastas and sauces, but the pork chop is the bomb and hard to resist. Read more

This has been my favorite restaurant for over a decade. I have lived across the states and every time I come home this is my... first stop. The day before my wedding my best friends took me to dinner here. Aside from the fact that we waited over an hourand a half for our appetizer, when our order came out wrong our waitress argued with us for about 2 minutes that it was ourfault. Please keep in mind the restaurant was not busy, as it never is anymore. I ordered a large dinner salad and when my foodcame out it was so teeny on a half size plate - I inquired and asked the waitress if this was a side salad?the hostess came overand then the chef/owner came over and asked the hostess what the issue was?the hostess respond immediately that I wascomplaining about my salad. The owner then responded that I came to the wrong restaurant and to never come back. I have never inmy life been treated this way at any establishment let alone my favorite restaurant. This place is clearly struggling forbusiness and I can understand why. I will never step foot in in this place again and I advise to stay away - unfortunately thisplace isn?t what it once was. Both these dishes were phenomenal. The DaVinci steak as you can see was made to perfection and the Piedmontese beef Short ribs... was amazing. The place has a nice ambiance and staff was really nice. Definitely recommend trying. Read more
