When I ordered the big make I asked to make sure they put sauce on it this time because last time they didn't. When I got my... order it bearley had any sauce on it. When I asked them to put sauce on it they told me that I would have to pay extra for it. Itold her I didn't want to eat a dry big Mac. She was rude and not happy that she had to give me more sauce. That should of beenon there in the first place. And why is it when you hold the cheese and pickles but want extra sauce they have a button tocharge you for the sauce. But no button to take off some money for not getting the most expensive parts they put on the burger.Or just add the sauce in place for free. This mcdonalds is the worst one around here. Read more
McDonalds' food experience and service can vary by location. This particular location has been pretty good. I've eaten inside... and been through the drive-through several times, and I've never had any problems. Look it's McDonald's. I can't be the only person in town that every McDonald's in town screws something up in my order. EVERY... SINGLE TIME. They are way over priced bad for you food with horrible customer service, slow every day. .............the frieswere good so 2 star...........the fries? The friggin fries? Quality is about the same as any McDonald's. The staff is friendly. Do check your drive thru and curbside before leaving. It's... wrong far more often than it's right. Read more
The employees at this McDonald's should be trained in Fruitport where customer service is obviously a priority. Food... temperature has improved, but that's about it! Read more
The prices are outrageous but that's normal right now. Used drive through and didn't check before pulling away, should have. We... had to drive through again because we should have had 3 fries and we only got two. This time the shakes were thicker, last timewe ordered shake's they were thin and mostly unmixed. Read more
Update again: 6/30/19 Bacon cheeseburger had no cheese. Cheeseburger no onion had onion. 2 large cokes was a single medium... coke. Update: Again a 180 from my last visit. Got the wrong receipt, informed them the order was wrong. Got the wrong food.Corrected them. Got the wrong food. Corrected them. Got mostly the right food, but double cheeseburger no onions came out as adouble cheeseburger only extra onions. So still wrong.
