We just moved to the area and came in for a burger and a couple of beers after a long week of moving, sat at the bar . Ordered a... pitcher of beer and an appetizer to start. 1.) The bartender refused to fill the pitcher up past the handle because it was "toomuch beer" for $14. Light beer, mind you. We weren't allowed to pick anything else. It can to just over one pint each. 2.) Wegot nachos to start and the chips were stale, the meat and liquid cheese were cold, and it was missing the toppings. Pretty surethey microwaved it. He charged extra to get the toppings it was supposed to come with from the menu. No plates or silver warewere offered or given. We had to ask someone else. 3.) When he asked why we didn't order anything else, we explained ourexperience and he just shrugged and said, " That's too bad, our burgers are pretty good." I am not a picky person, but thisplace was a terrible experience all around. Maybe it was the day? Maybe sit at a table? We ended up getting a great burger andbeer at the brewery across the street! Ok place. Nice atmosphere near the water. Nice beer selection. Breakfast during weekday mornings and a breakfast buffet in the... weekends. It's inside a holiday inn. There is an outside bar and seating as well Read more
Not impressed at all. I didn't realize when I booked our room that the breakfast was not complimentary first and then thought... well the restaurant may have even better than normal breakfast at hotels, No not at all. The fruit looked super old the rest ofthe food was nasty. I said I did want coffee and had to go find someone after waiting till we were almost done eating to notonly get coffee but refill our toddler side cups of orange juice. The bill was $33.00 ????. My salad was full of pieces that were wilted and brown. They were kind of hidden toward the bottom. When ordering my burger, I... was clear - no onion, no cheese. It’s an allergy issue - not diet preference. I got a burger with cheese and lots of onion! Personally, I’d eat at Wendy’s before I return to Burger Theory. Overpriced yuck. Read more
Went to Burger Theory on a Saturday night, showed up at 7:20pm. Was told there was no seating left on the patio but they had a... table right away inside. We were seated with menus and ignored for about 15 minutes, no one even asked us for drink orders. Ithen got up and found our waitress asking if anything opened up for seating outside. She said there was but she wanted to makesure it was cleared off. We got seated outside and ordered a drink. After about 10 minutes our server returned with a completelydifferent drink than we ordered. We ordered food at that point and noticed servers constantly having to apologize for the foodtaking a long time, and half of tables being served their meals with the other half of the table only receiving their mealsafter the first had already completely finished eating. We finally got our food almost an hour after ordering it and the frieswere cold and the burger was just okay. While this may sound a little over the top, you could not pay me to come back to this place. The service was the absolute worst... I have ever witnessed. Watch as a server went back to a table multiple times to retake their orders. They were the for 45minutes and still had not received a drink. We were the only two groups within the place and somehow the fries we ordered werecold and the burger would have better suited to be served at a fast food joint. Pitiful. Read more

Ate dinner, then breakfast, then had to go for dinner again! Every dish we had was great! Boss burger, farm fresh burger,... onion rings, tomato/avocado panini, French toast, pulled pork nachos, French fry nachos and caramel apple crunch dessert! Yum!! And our waitress, Christine!!?? Haven't had a better waitress in a long long time....if ever! 100% recommend! Read more
