Several employees were rude during my experience, they acted as though I was putting them out when ordering. Had to wait for... our food which was fine, however, the employee that brought our food to us never spoke when I said thank you totally ignored meit was ridiculous. Being in customer service this is not ok, if you don?t like your job and don?t want to speak or acknowledgepeople probably need to find something else to do. Let's just say, thank goodness the food is good, for the most part! They need to change their advertised hours though. Get there... at 8, and you'll get run over by the cleaning crew, and asked to leave. I'm surprised they didn't pull the extra chairs out andset them on my table while I was eating! The crew is always mad about something, and seems like they hate you for coming in toeat, especially after 7:30! But, this is the new "america"! He'll in a hand bag! Read more

Panda is fast American-Chinese styled food that is consistently good and keeps a clean establishment. Their drive thru is... convenient, and their food is fresh. This isn't going to be fall in love, knock your socks off food, but you won't leave feelingcheated, or grossed out. The staff is friendly and fast. If you've got a craving, and not a lot of time, this is the way to go! Read more
Food was supposed to be done at 8:57 according to Panda's email. We arrived at 9:02 and my 13 year old son went in to get the... food. He immediately got snapped at to wear a mask. The food is usually on a table right at the door so you don't have to goin. He got a mask and was told it wasn't ready yet. 2 employees behind the counter had no mask at all. The cook was wearingit on his chin with his nose and mouth exposed, but my son in the lobby 15 yards away from anyone had to wear one. Sounds aboutright. We finally got our food and left at 9:15. We got home and found that one of the 2 orders didn't even have the rightentrees in it. Read more
UPDATE: Thank you guest services for reaching out to me and making it right. You now get a good review as I did like the... food. Shame on you! When I present my coupon and you just casually change it from a 50% to 10% hoping we wont notice. And thenwhen I ask you about it you say "we don't honor those here because we don't have a button for it." It has your address on it.Time to own up and honor it. Read more
