Waited almost 45 min to get our food. Polightly asked out waiter. Was told its a process it will be there. Then got my daughters... order wrong after asking to remake twice no meat no dairy. My salad came out wrong, asked 2 people for ranch which I ordered inthe beginning and was told sure no problem. Then asked the less than friendly waiter and he Snaps we don't have ranch. 3 otherparties came in after us and left before our food arrived. It seemed we were doing them a favor by eating here. Lived in spring hill 17 years. Trust me when I say this is the worst meal I've had at a local restaurant. Tried it out bc the... other much better Mexican restaurants were packed. This place wasn't which should've been my first clue. Whole joint needs aremodel but the food and drink specifically? Cheese dip ice cold and watered down. Margaritas I could not even taste alcoholjust sugar water. Burrito was gross. Overall bad. Would never go back. Read more

Comfortable, easy service, wonderful staff, great food

Ordered Chicken Poblano. Was supposed to be stuffed. Was served open faced, cheese was slim to none, chicken appeared to be... boiled, absolutely no seasoning, and the dish came cold. Server was decent but didn't come by with any regularity. Business wasabout 25% occupied however the wait for the meal was about 20 minutes. Other locations have been great. This was a horrible experience. The kitchen was extremely slow so we figured that we would just relax and enjoy chips, dip,... cheese dip and sour cream till our food arrived. The glass for the regular margarita was OVER FILLED with ice before pouring inthe margarita.. The cheese dip was extremely watered down, sour cream was also extremely runny and the salsa was not good. Muchof our food tasted like it was just poured out of a can and heated up. Then I had a $100.00 bill. They earned the extra money byfilling the glasses full of ice instead of the margarita.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! NEVER!!! Read more

So we've been here multiple times and never had an issue. We've been here as a large group with kids running around on the... patio, We've been just my wife and I, and we've ordered out. Absolutely everytime has been wonderful and a pleasure. I do haveone story about my most recent experience. We ordered take out using their website. Our food was ready when they said it was.Once I got home I noticed we didn't get one of our meals. They apologized and they brought it to my house! That is absolutelyoutstanding customer service and just another reason why I will always choose Ponchos Place and continue to recommend them toeveryone! Read more
