They completely lost our mobile order. We waited at the 2nd window for 15 minutes after paying and getting drinks. Couldn't get... anyone on the phone. Finally, someone came to the window wondering why we were there... we showed them our receipt and theyfinaly made our order. They were not nice about it and didn't even offer an apology. Downloaded app and tried it out. The food wasn't even lukewarm. The person that brought out the order promptly told me I parked... in the wrong pick up slot. Excuse me for causing trauma in her day, she had to walk a few feet more.. I wish that was an issuetype I have to deal with.. McDonalds employees are overpaid as it is. Their staff member needs to understand the actual meaningof customer service. Try giving customers the level of service in which they are paid... Overcompensated.. Read more
I don't know what it is about McDonald's anymore, but apparently you're not supposed to order fries with your meal. After... multiple visits at various times of day, various times of the week, various times of the year, when we order fries, we somehowhave to wait extra long to get our food. Usually we hit the drive through, and when we do, other customers behind us get theirfood and drive on. Like, 2-3 sometimes! When we don't order fries (rare) the wait is minimal. I can't for the life of me figureI out. On the positive side, the staff has always been cordial and friendly. I just don't know that it makes up for the speed. Read more
Got a hot fudge it was so great. There was a good number of staff and they were working hard. They can't get tips? That needs to... change. I wanted to give them one so bad. Anyways, the young woman with the permanent ink 'X' on her hand was so awesome andfun. The dining area is not open. Please be nice and patient with these people, because they are doing their best. if i could give no stars i would. today me & my husband got lunch here, while eating my large fry i find a pink ACRYLIC NAIL. i... was disgusted! i call & a lady answered, i keep my cool because i'm assuming it's not her nail. i explain the situation & shetells me they can "make it right" by giving my money back. we ask about gloves & she said "they only wear gloves when makingsandwiches because since covid-19 is over thats the only time it's required" i was appalled & angry. she did apologize but alsoblew me off in the same sentence acting like my meal was just wrong, like i got ketchup instead of mustard when in reality iwanted fries & got someone's fake nail. don't really need to add it but me & my family & friends won't be coming back here. Wish I could give it 0. Ordered a medium fry and burger and got a small cold fry and mcchicken. I understand the food industry... is difficult even more so when people don?t want to work but seriously?? That?s the bare minimum. My sibling went previously andordered a chicken biscuit and received only a biscuit. It?s simple. Pay attention and stop throwing things together without asecond thought. Read more
