My family and I have been living here over 6 years. This Dunkin? Donuts is a mess and has been for awhile. Started with its... terrible design which is to be blamed on upper management/ decision makers rather then employees who do what they can. Italways seems understaffed. Today y?all didn?t have any Halloween themed donuts ready for sale. No HALLOWEEN DONUTS FORHALLOWEEN?? In the AM rush. The lady taking orders in the drivethru blamed it on corp. It wasn't a good experience at all they were out of the regular coffee donuts and tried to give us decaffeinated coffee without... telling us my husband happened to see them. We should have been refunded it was just awful. Hope to hear back soon. Read more
This dunkin is the worst dunkin ever. I keep going back thinking they?ll get it right because I live down the road and they... NEVER do. They never have food, their ovens are always down, they never have people working so you wait 30 mins plus for yourcoffee, and they never make your drinks right.
