Came here for dinner on my way home instead of zaxbys because this place was absolutely dead and I thought it would be quicker.... They pulled me around the side of the building and after 10 minutes I went inside and got my food only for them to flag me downoutside and tell me I got the wrong food. Besides the fresh chicken strips I waited for, the fries and chicken sandwich wereold, dark and hard like they had been refried 3 times to keep them hot. I really hope the employees from the closed downbojangles in Columbia didn't get transferred here or they are in trouble. Read more
Ordered 2 chicken breast meals yesterday, our usual order. My husband was going to walk in but door locked in the middle of the... day. What's up with that? Went through drive thru and received food. Chicken was fine, however, no biscuits with our food. They gave no explanation when picked up. We only found out once we got home and opened the boxes. Worst of all, they t putsausage gravy on the mashed potatoes! Horrible! Who would do that?! If you ran out of brown gravy, just leave them alone. So disappointed! Read more
Always nice staff. Food seems fresh and is out quickly. I frequently go in the morning and am able to get a good product and... good service as fast as I'd expect from a place like this. Read more
Great chicken. But...I ordered a half gallon of sweet tea & I asked for a large cup of ice tht they made me pay .50 cents for I... also ordered a large sweet tea with no ice. I think I should not have been charged for that cup of ice that's a little bitridiculous. She also charged me for a medium cup of ice .25 cents and she did not take it off my bill! Some of the freshest food I?ve had from a fast food restaurant. Biscuits are fluffy and fresh, chicken is great, the Bo-tato... rounds were by far my favorite next to the Bo berry biscuits. Extremely budget friendly, got everything under $9 and still hadfood left over. I will say it?s a lot quicker and fresher during the morning than in the evening. Read more
