I love Baskin Robbins Cappacino Blasts. However, this location is the worst I have ever been to. For months their machine was... broken. I must have gone there at least 6 times during this period and it was always broken. Tonight we went there, waitingin line asked for 2 blasts made with praline ice cream, out of that, asked for butter pecan - out of that. Asked what they had- listed chocolate chip so asked for that - they cannot make blasts with that so finally ordered vanilla. Went to the window,took my money then came back and said that they are out of the mix and cannot make any blasts. Asked for my money back andthey said was that on a card. I said no, I just paid for it with cash. Finally, after 5 minutes got my money back. I wishSpring Hill had a good Baskin Robbins. Must be the management of this location. Absolutely Ridiculous. This is a poorly run restaurant. Went in and ordered a banana split and water. The guy had no idea where anything was or what he... was doing and no one helped him. They were out of several ice creams as well as toppings. Staff cross contaminated severalutensils, used same gloves while going from job to job. Also played with hair or touched unsanitary areas with gloves and usedsame gloves to prepare food. Once I got my banana split all they had were 2 kinds of ice cream, banana and whipped cream. Nosauce or toppings. The guy never gave me my water but after waiting for so long I called it a loss and was ready to get out. Idon't know how this place is still open. Read more
