Very disappointed and expensive for the low quality experience. I arrived at 11:45am for lunch and I was the only one in the... dining area for Sushi so it wasn't busy at all. My order didn't take long to start arriving. The Spicy Scallop Roll seemed tohave old rice and the roll was bland without any distinct flavor. Next came the Spider Roll and their signature Asuka Roll.Again old rice and the flashed fried Asuka Roll along with the soft shell crab in the Spider Roll tasted of old oil. Thinkingthis should have been the first frying of the day the oil was definitely from days prior. Nothing tasted fresh and all the rollswere small for their price point. Find a better option for your Sushi fix since this isn't it. Read more

DO NOT EAT HERE…. We have a family member who has a deadly allergy to seafood. We made this known to the waiter and she... informed us that all food would not be cooked or mixed with any seafood. They bring the food out to cook it and the shrimp wasall over the chicken and steak we ordered. The chef was not made aware. We stepped aside and informed the waiter that we wantedto cancel the family members meal and she would just eat the rice. Instead of being apologetic for making the mistake, she comesand causes a scene with the chef. Completely unprofessional and she could care less if she has sent my step daughter to thehospital. We also discovered that the owner keeps all the tips for themselves and don’t give it to the chefs or servers. Read more

The food here is not good at all. I ordered on their online platform for pickup. I had ordered extra hibachi chicken fried rice.... When I went to pick it up 25 minutes later they said they didn't make it because it would've been $12 more per order requestedsince they have to special make it. I'm confused by this because I've seen teppan grills make this same fried rice, just byadding the chicken to the process. I asked why they would make that decision for me instead of asking if that's what ipreferred, to which they said it was too expensive. Why are they assuming that i cannot afford it? After tasting the plain friedrice I understood why it was a special order and why they didn't want to do it. The rice tasted like they heated it in themicrowave. The rest of the food was flavorless or just not good. The dipping sauces were gross. I am so disappointed that Ispent over $120 here for such awful food and poor service. Never again. Read more

Bring cash for the Chef! They are not tipped from your bill! Roll Tide dude is amazing! His performance and presentation is... above all others. You might have seen the skit and heard the jokes before but this gentleman is a professional and talentedchef. His food tastes better because it is made with love. Be forewarned, other reviews about the owner may not be too farfetched. Read more

I ordered takeout and had several problems received white rice instead of the fried rice I ordered. I ordered my steak medium... and it was so overcooked and tough. Still I didn’t complain until I took a bite of my soup and pulled a thread out of my mouthfrom the soup. I called and was told I would receive a $25 credit back. I then got a call back five minutes late saying we areactually not going to do that how else do you want to handle this. Super disappointed with the food and customer service. Read more

Sat at hibachi table and was told my meal would need to be prepared in the kitchen rather than on the grill due to an... allergy. It wasn’t until everyone had their food and the chef had cleaned the grill and went back to the kitchen to see whathappened that our server realized she never put in my order. I was asked twice by two different servers how I wanted my steakcooked and somehow they forgot to even make it. When they finally brought my meal out, it had the precise ingredient in it thatI requested they exclude! I am very disappointed in the service we received and even more dissatisfied with the way theyhandled the whole situation. Read more

This place deserves 0 stars. I have had a lot of hibachi in my life…. But this was one for the books. We ordered a side of... fried rice for our almost 2 year old daughter. The rice came out within a minute of ordering it along with the clear soup andsalad with ginger dressing. I took a bite of the rice and it taste like frozen fried rice with absolutely no seasoning. I triedthe clear soup next and kept getting a weird buttery noodle taste.. sure enough there is elbow macaroni in the soup. At thispoint I have had it with the food and I’m ready to leave but not a minute later our food comes out. The plates were a mess andalong came more frozen fried rice NOT hibachi style at all. The chicken and steak were very tender and the veggies taste burntwithout being burnt. The yum yum sauce taste like a weird sweet and sour. We couldn’t eat another bite. We asked for a managerand after 15 min of waiting the server came back and said we could leave without even talking to the manager. The food came outentirely too quick to be freshly cooked.. truly nervous to see if I end up getting sick from the small bites I did eat. I amoriginally from Murfreesboro but moved to Spring Hill recently. This is NOT hibachi. This is garbage food. Read more
