Pull up to Arby's at 8:30pm. It says they close at 10pm. We're trying to decide what we are going to order and questioning if... they are really open. So, I call and nobody answers. A few minutes later 3 workers come out and get in their cars to leave. So,someone please explain to me why it says 10pm. It is Saturday night. It is 8:30pm with 3 employees and nobody answered when Icalled. And all 3 leave at 8:45 pm. AND EVIDENTLY THE MANAGEMENT/OWNER DOESN'T CARE!!!! This is by far the worst Arby?s I?ve visited (consistently bad). Corporate needs to come change ownership and/or management. Not... once, twice, or three times have I had problems; but probably a half dozen visits. Closing early, out of products, rude, etc. Gosomewhere else or at least a different Arby?s. Read more
Went to this locations drive-thru took forever to be greeted and for them to take my order after leaving I then realized that... they gave me the wrong food upon my return the lobby was closed so i went through the drive-thru and explain to them that theygave me the wrong food and informed them what sandwich I ordered I was then told to pull up they will bring my food out to me hethen brought out the food and gave me a wrap I told him that I did not order a wrap that I ordered a sandwich he looks at me andtell me it has the same thing in it and did not want to correct my order. What in the world? Why has it taken 21 minutes to still be behind one car at the drive thru? I think they are taking orders and... then running to the back to fix the food. The only customers are in the drive thru. Read more
We have had food there several times in the past few months and bought gift cards to use. Now every time we go the inside is... closed and I hate drive through. We went to get some shakes that are good but very expensive and guess what, the machine wasbroken. I have been calling several times today to see if it is working yet and they don't even answer the phone. That is badbusiness. I know Arby?s spends lots of money on advertising their delicious thick shakes... except the shake machine has been busted since... November of last year. Waiting for a part are we? How about a New Shake Machine!?! If your soft drink machine was busted? Wouldit take over two months to get fixed? Read more
They forgot to put the Au Jus in with the French Dips I ordered and the fries were undercooked. This whole experience blew... chunks! If you want your restaurant to be recognized for excellence, you have to at least try to get the orders correct! Read more
