First not wearing gloves is very unsanitary when working with food ? And I asked if they had forks and napkins and the girl... said everything is in the bag . But when we got to where we were going (park) there was no forks or napkins. But that's herenor there the worse thing is that No one wore gloves while handing the food . Read more
Overall good people. Not 100% my flavor profile likes, but not off enough to lose more than 1 star. Their layout is a bit... inconvenient. You have people trying to get drinks and order on top of each other and to go orders and it's hard to get back toseating when it is too busy. They brought the food out quicker than we were quoted which was very nice as we came hungry.Lol. Food was hot and flavor of mild just seemed a little different from other wingstops I had gone to is all. Not ashot. Other complaint they don't have napkins, they have paper towels and thats not my preference either. Read more
Never really go to wing stop because I believe that there?s better wings else where but I decided to give them another try due... to hearing they are now selling chicken sandwiches in 12 different flavors . I also hardly ever go because it is a wait everytime I try to order . Came in & ordered the sandwich. The cashier was doing the best she can but just for one sandwich & fries Iwaited 20mins When I was told 9 mins . Refilled my soda twice while I waited . I was late for my next appointment. For fast foodI think there should be better with timing for their clients .Grant it?it wasn?t that busy though . There was others who werewaiting before I even ordered min. Cooks got to be faster . Got lunch to go today. Quick service. Food was hit when I got back to the office. I can?t eat super hot foods so I got... original and Hawaiian boneless wings. They run a special .70 boneless wings on Monday and Tuesday. Good flavor. Nice counterteam. Order was accurate. Read more

I I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a 40 piece family pack of chicken wings and wings were soggy despite having ordered... them very well done. In addition, they did not taste right, as if they were cooked in very old oil. We called the store andspoke to the manager (Antoine). He said he?d give us a credit for $45 to cover our next 40 wings. We went today (11/20/22) andthere was another manager there (Delbin or Delden) who said he could not give us the aforementioned credit because "the systemwouldn't let him," however, he could only take off $20, which was not what was agreed to with Antoine. After repeatedly tellinghim that the we wanted the full credit, not his provisioned $20 dollar credit, the other cashier said he was able to apply the$45 dollars to our order, to which Delbin said "no, go back, now hit credit, the system is only giving you a $20 credit". Bythis time we had already been at the store for more than 15 minutes dealing with his incompetence. When a credit is offered inleu of a refund it should be honored without going through hoops. This Delbin person should not be in any way shape or form inleadership as he proved to be completely incapable of addressing a very simple credit. I have taken the liberty to now disputethe charge with my card provider and will be filing endless complaints, the BBB to name just one, as well as negative reviews onevery possible forum that I can. Also, this Delbin so called manager is rude and should be fired. Read more
