Everytime I come here, which is about twice a month, the drink machines are always broken, no ketchup in lobby, and the food is... always cold. Always cold. The staff always seems to be discombobulated, and the drive thru orders get processed faster than thelobby. Read more

Absolute nightmare of a store. My friend ordered for her family and it took 35 mins to get her order. When she got out to the... car there were no fries in the bag for all 3 meals. Management tried to serve nuggets the employee said had been sitting forhours. Read more
Went on 9/16/2022 to try new Hot Honey chicken sandwich. It was fairly disappointing. Chicken was dry and seemed to have been... sitting around for a while. I couldn't tell if there was hot honey on the sandwich at all. Had to double-check that i actuallygot what was ordered. The crispy pickle chips are pretty terrible. One Freestyle machine was out of most drink options and thecondiments station looked like the aftermath of a tornado with most items out of stock. Not a great visit. Standard Wendy's.
