The staff was unaware of the Thanksgiving specials on their own website. There was so much smoke inside the store (which smelled... like melted plastic) that I was nauseous for the remainder of the day. Very disappointed this year. Reserved large ham. On my day & time to pick up it was several pounds smaller. After eating ham,... was truly not up to Honey Baked standards.... our ham was extremely fatty, not as good flavor, not much sugar crunchy stuff (andwho does not love that part of HB Ham)....
