I absolutely love this Taco Bell we go here probably two times a week and the daytime staff is so wonderful... It's so clean... inside and behind the counter probably the cleanest Taco Bell I've ever been into... The girls on the daytime shift are justsuch a breath of fresh air... Just always a horrible horrible experience every time, never get orders right! Always soggy. Spend about $40 and it's always... wrong! "Out of drinks" constantly! I arrived with my children at about 8:45pm, 11/2/22, ahead of our group and there were multiple people making food. 15 minutes... later at 9pm about 10 people from our group arrived. The other employees went to the back amd were no where to be seen. A blondehaired male employee locked the door. We informed him that we had about 7 more people from our group that were coming. He saidthe lobby was closed because he was short staffed. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I will becalling the corporate office in the morning to complain. Read more
Horrible Customer Service!!!!! These Kids Attitudes Are Horrible!!!!!! I told the girl she gave me the wrong change and she owed... me $.05 LOL ???? My bill was $20.37 and I gave her $21.02 and she gave me $.60 and I nicely said you owe me a Nickel. She lookedat me and said no I don?t and gave me an attitude! Ordered through the taco bell app. It was Easy but this location TOOK my money app and store are NOT CONNECTED ANY ISSUES THEY... TAKE YOUR MONEY. NO REFUND IN STORE NO HELP ON THE APP = STOLEN MONEY. They shorted my order replaced chalupas with cheaperburritos. I went back and the young lady was in tears telling me she can't take the food I am like I need you to fix my ordershe told me she would be fired I said fine what do we do you can't take this order to look and see what you didn't give me orcheated me on. At that point she said just give me the bag I'll fix it but I'll be fired. I was AFRIAD MY FOOD WOULD BE SPITIN. The lobby was closed I sat in my car and all the employees came peeping at my car. I call inside Shawn the manager didn'tfix the order & DIDN'T assure me my food was clean. Shawn was SMUG when he said no refund check the app and walked away I LEFTTHE FOOD AND DROVE AWAY. I went through the drive through early this week . The young lady was so excited and efficient I spoke with the managei couldnt... be more pleased and excited to try something new . As a 20 year restaurant manager I would have loved this young lady to be onmy team. I went there this evening ...and I spent $20 and when I got home I didn't have half my order. Not only did I not havehalf my order but I had 20 packets of sauce for 3 tacos but not the food I ordered . Tighten up management. Read more

Would leave a zero if possible. Zombie boy who took our drive thru order screwed up every single part of our order. I asked for... a chicken and rice burrito, got dry chicken only.
