I absolutely love this Taco Bell we go here probably two times a week and the daytime staff is so wonderful... It's so clean... inside and behind the counter probably the cleanest Taco Bell I've ever been into... The girls on the daytime shift are justsuch a breath of fresh air... Just always a horrible horrible experience every time, never get orders right! Always soggy. Spend about $40 and it's always... wrong! "Out of drinks" constantly! I arrived with my children at about 8:45pm, 11/2/22, ahead of our group and there were multiple people making food. 15 minutes... later at 9pm about 10 people from our group arrived. The other employees went to the back amd were no where to be seen. A blondehaired male employee locked the door. We informed him that we had about 7 more people from our group that were coming. He saidthe lobby was closed because he was short staffed. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I will becalling the corporate office in the morning to complain. Read more
Horrible Customer Service!!!!! These Kids Attitudes Are Horrible!!!!!! I told the girl she gave me the wrong change and she owed... me $.05 LOL ???? My bill was $20.37 and I gave her $21.02 and she gave me $.60 and I nicely said you owe me a Nickel. She lookedat me and said no I don?t and gave me an attitude!
