When I lived in spring hill I ordered at least once a week...now I live in Wesley chapel and still come here for the cheese... steaks...I've tried the 2 famous cheese steak places in Philly and Ritchie is right up there with them...I was reading thereviews on here and some people complain about it being pricey. Have you people been to a chain fast food lately???.....whereyou get dried up burgers, cold fries,and a flat soda....Ritchie 's is made to order,hot and fresh,and about the wait time, Iwould wait 20 minutes knowing that I'm going to get good and "made to order " food..instead of waiting 20 minutes at some drivethru and getting cold food without even napkins.....Richie is running a great business and all the years he has been operatingthe food is consistent..I was a owner/operator of 3 restaurants up north and I know right away if something is good.....keep itup Richie, your place is awesome ???? I went here for dinner today with my dad. We had ordered 3 cheesesteaks (2 for us and an extra for my mom), 2 slices of Pizza,... and an order of bacon cheese fries. The pizza was delicious but had a thin crust. The sauce was not super acidic and had a bitof a sweetness to it. When the cheesesteaks came I was super excited to taste them. I knew that they were going to taste goodbecause the smell was making my mouth water as my dad drove home. When we arrived home, I was super excited to open thecheesesteak. It was so delicious and tasted amazing with all the toppings (I ordered mine with bacon, onions, and mushrooms).The bacon cheese fries were to die for. The cheese sauce was super creamy and tasted amazing with the bacon pieces scattered ontop. The service was amazing as well. Staff were friendly and personable. The cashier was super excited to hear I was orderingthe bacon and cheese fries because they were her favorite thing on the menu. The restaurant atmosphere is what you wouldnormally expect from a cheesesteak restaurant but I liked that the restaurant was very clean and organized. I was alsoentertained with watching Hell's Kitchen while waiting for my order. Overall, if I could give this place more stars I would. Idefinitely recommend this place and would return again. This place is a freaking joke!! The first time we went there, we ordered a couple cheese steak's and chips. We waited almost an... hour for them and was repulsed by them, nothing but grease, literally. We only took a couple of bites and decided to take themhome for our dogs. We actually drove to Taste of Philly to get good sandwiches and even showed them what we where taking home. Fast forward a year until today, November 10th. Saw they offered 18" cheese pizza's because of Hurricane Nicole for $10. Decidedto give them a second chance. I called at 1 to order one, spoke to Kaitlyn and was told, "they ran out of pizza dough, to callback after 3". I just did so, called at 3 exactly, spoke to Kaitlyn again and was told the pizza guy is by himself so it wouldbe approximately 2 and 1/2 hours. Knowing this earlier, why not take my order then for now. To think, I was not only going togive a second chance but I was going to drive across town from original Brooksville proper out by the courthouse. Sure glad Ididn't waste my money in gas or for their incompetency. What a joke. Read more
