The amazing things I have been hearing about this place are soo true! We didn't have reservations and they were very busy, so... take out it was... not what we planned but it turned out perfect! The owner/s are very nice and personable and the food is ONPOINT. I have eaten at some top restaurants in Europe/France and this little Spring Hill secret, is right up there. Hidden in atiny strip shopping center, but so soooo goooood! The filet and mushroom sauce was melt in your mouth with the perfect chargrill, the au gratin potatoes were a ten with phenomanally simple but deep flavor, the carrots- OMG these carrots- are likecarrots magnified with gold on top- soo soo good... and even the salad and the french bread were awesome... personally, weordered the crab blue cheese topping for the filet and it was decent but next time we will try the scallops as a side, which Ihear are perfect. Overall, SOO very impressed with everything, even with getting take out. We will definetely be back for inhouse dining... thanks for top level food, what a hidden gem, you can feel the passion and loving energy in the food for sure!?? Read more
We had such a fun dinner last night! Like the reviews say, do not let the exterior full you! We had the duck con fit, escargot,... elk, Coq au vin, lava cake, crème brûlée, and great wine. The waitress was awesome and super informative. Read more
This small restaurant was such an incredible surprise! It's located in a strip mall, and hard to see from the main road. But... this is a place that you absolutely must try! The atmosphere, the staff, the food - incredible! As a large party, they took areservation for us. We ordered the cheese special and the devine tastes and textures were phenomenal. For the main dishes, weshared the quail, elk, veal, and monk fish dishes - everything was cooked exquisitely, served at the perfect temperature, andwas the perfect amount. It is hard to put into words how amazing the food and service is at Nouvelle Cuisine. I have been to restaurants all over the... world and stil find myself craving the rack of lamb, a filet or the Elk. Isabelle and Chef Kinds have truly mastered the foodand wine experience you get every single time you visit. Isabelle will make you feel like you are in Europe with amazing winepairing recomendations. I have been here hundreds of times and every single visit is perfect! Absolutely fantastic! Isabelle is lovely and the staff made us feel like family. Our entire meal was exquisite. We have found a... hidden gem in Spring Hill and we just may be here once a week. Nouvelle Cuisine is simply magnificent! It's the only 5-Star dining experience I've ever encountered in all of Hernando County.... If a 20 out of 10 were an acceptable rating, that?s what it?d be. The servers, atmosphere, and most importantly FOOD were... phenomenal. The ambiance was classy yet homey with its intimate feel. We will for sure be back in the near future. ???? Read more
