I wait over 10 minutes for a croissant with just bacon and cheese get charged almost $6 for that.. has three pieces of bacon on... it cold cheese and bread so hard it would choke your mother.. you have seven people working and no one knows what to do.. I willnever NEVER. COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. Save your money go somewhere else.. Ordered a Guacamole toast w/ tomatoes. I got what looked like end of the love of bread. It wasn't even 1/2 of the box they put... it in! Very small & Very disappointed for $5.31 :( The long wait in the drgive through started the whole thing off bad too!!! :(1 star..... Read more
Terrible Service! Waited 25 minutes for my order and it was wrong twice. Almost dropped my drinks because of the drinks... container being damp from the overflow dripping drinks. Whoever built that Dunkin in that small strip mall wasn't thinking! Dumbidea! Read more
Ordered my usual on the mobile app. Drive to this Dunk and proceeded to wait 15 minutes for one drink, while watching 5 cars and... 4 inside customers place and receive their orders. There are FIVE employees doing what? Chatting. Read more
This morning before work I had a few extra minutes so I stopped at Dunkin. I tried the new pumpkin spice Iced coffee and I... really thought I would love it because I am a fan of pumpkin. I was wrong and I went to throw it away when the manager Luz andMarilyn stopped me. They were so awesome and explained that I was the customer and they wanted to see me happy. They asked me ifI wanted something else and made me a caramel iced coffee free of charge. I'm not one to try and get something for free but thisact is CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST. The world lacks this but I will recognize AMAZING MANAGEMENT when I see it and receiveit. Luz was right there to assist her staff and compliment them and encourage them. The worst dunkin in hernando. Set up a scheduled order, waited 20 mins longer before they tell me they don't have part of my... order. After she tried to only give me 2 of the 4 beverages and send me on my way. So I asked for a refund. While I was askingthe manager questions, he kept cutting me off mid-sentence just saying "I don't know ma'am I don't know ma'am " in such acondescending tone. I ordered through a set menu on GrubHub and somehow the donuts were still wrong. Menu clearly stated "Vanilla Frosted with... Sprinkles" and "Strawberry Frosted with Sprinkles" yet the sprinkles were on top of the Chocolate Frosted Donuts and not thevanilla or strawberry... I wasn't even expecting fresh donuts considering the time but I didn't order Chocolate with Sprinkles. Read more
Always seems like they have attitudes and are quick to cut you off to try and guess what you said after they asked you to repeat... it and they still get it wrong.
