I stopped in about two weeks ago and had Sharon as my server. She was awesome. Very fast at bringing everything, stayed on top... of keeping a nice fresh hot cup of coffee available and great personality. The food was very good too. I tried the cheesecakepancakes for the first time and they were yummy. Sharon had asked if I wanted my bacon crispy and I said yes and it was perfect.Definitely ask for her as your server. Everyone who works here is Super nice and friendly. My wonderful waitress brought my food out and proceeded to let me know that... she would be back with another piece of meatloaf because she felt that the one on my plate was not sufficient. I also alwaysget people that have a fresh water, Iced Tea before I am done. They go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your visit there. Came back after some time to see if anything had changed and we still left disappointed. They are short staffed like everywhere... it seems these days so the wait times are longer than what should be normal to sit down for breakfast. The food itself was justnot good. No seasoning or flavors that come through in the food and there was nothing memorable about it. The menu changed to amuch smaller menu from the previous time we went there which was about a year ago and they still have a hard time keeping up. Inmy opinion try something local and less corporate. We had breakfast for dinner. The eggs were very runny. The server was nice, but she took the menus without asking and she tried... to bring the check before we were ready. Mashed potatoes had big chunk not mashed. Waitress had attitude when I asked for replacement. Got replacement and it had black... thing in it. Manager said it's the "eye". But the eyes are on outside with skin and aren't black. I won't be going there again.Manager gave a small discount and also had a bad attitude. So we have been going here for the last four years and have usually been very pleased.Lately though there have been a few... glitches; once there was no jam because of the cargo boat issue or so we were told. Today there were no fries, same excuse. Myhusband ordered lemon pepper rainbow fish but he said it didn?t taste right. After mentioning it to the server three times, shefinally admitted they didn?t have lemon pepper seasoning and had used a different one! The Mac and cheese was was very waterytoo! He then asked for southern fried chicken which took so long to come out, he had to take it home. Since we waited so longfor his second choice meal, we had time to look around and look at our other meals. My sons grilled catfish tasted lemony butshe said there was no lemon seasoning ???????????. Biscuits were strangely shaped ( see pic) and we looked at extremely dirtyair vents and ducts ( pic) . We left very disappointed and will wait a while to return. Read more

I like Cracker Barrel in general. I think it's mostly because of the nostalgia factor. But this is the best Cracker Barrel I... have ever been to. The food was really good. The salad was cold crisp and fresh. Fries were so hot and perfect. And they had thebest pancakes and chicken tenders. We had a party of 8 and everyone enjoyed their meal. Read more
