Our delivery was missing two sets of spring rolls, we noticed immediately and stopped our delivery guy before he even left the... driveway. He was nice, said he?d bring them right away, to just call and let the business know. We called, and we were toldthey were in there, and we would not be getting more. The manager refused to make it right. We?ve ordered for two years andthis is the first time we called with any issue. We?ve spent a lot of money there. We spent $66 last night, why would we tryto get over on them with $5 of spring rolls?? We will never order from them again. Bad customer service!! Read more

What I learned about living in Spring Hill, it's pretty much transplants from New York. I ordered on New Years Eve.. which is... apparently what people from NY do. I didn't know this. The wait was a little bit, nothing terrible because this place hasconsistently good American Chinese food. I haven't had a bad dish here yet and we have ordered from here since they opened ayear ago! First time experience from out of town: 1. Spring rolls - great, but not worth $2 a piece. 2. Potstickers (fried) - They were... not fried, they were barely pan seared. Dipping sauce was too sweet. 3. Hot and sour soup - Decent, too much corn starch. 4.House fried rice - Don't order, barely any meat and mostly rice. Not worth the extra money, go with single meat option. 5. Houselo mein - Don't order, barely any meat and mostly pasta. Not worth the extra money, go with single meat option. 6. Mongolianbeef - DO NOT ORDER. An absolute insult to true Mongolian beef. 7. General Tso's chicken - as expected from any Chineserestaurant, good flavor but too much breading and questionable meat. I ordered the boneless spare ribs and they showed up undercooked and unedible I called them to let them know how horrible this... was. They told me that they would come and replace them with ones that I could actually eat. So about an hour later they calledme to tell me that that is how they cook them and that they would not replace this disgusting food they brought to my home. I keep trying new selections on the menu and I haven't been disappointed yet. Most recently I tried the Singapore Mei Fun,... Shrimp Toasts, Chinese donuts, Chicken with Mushrooms, and Ma Po Tofu.... Each was it's own delightful flavor and a re-order forsure ???? ....and the vegetable egg rolls were so fresh and crunchy!!! Mmmmm!!!! Read more
