Glad we found this gem! Great place to go eat quality food provided with quality service. Great menu options and wine list.... Definitely a more sophisticated palette than surrounding restaurants. Met the owner and had dinner service by his son Nick.Great experience all around, can't wait to return with friends. Friday night celebrating the wife's birthday! The food was really tasty! I had the 20-ounce ribeye and my wife had a grouper... dinner special of some sort. She really enjoyed it! My steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare temperature. Service was greatas well! Rachel did a wonderful job. She was attentive: she poured my non-alcoholic beer in a glass for me, boxed up ourleftovers for us, and showered us in hospitable kindness! The most amazing fine dining experience in town!! Extremely quaint atmosphere. Everything on the menu us expertly and... exquisitely prepared. The flavor combinations are absolute perfection. Wow, wow, wow... My family has visited Weeki Wachee from Atlanta, GA many times over the last 10 years and we love it so much! ... We've just started exploring the Hernando Beach area the last few visits. On our last night this April, we decided to check outthe bars/restaurants on Shoal Line Blvd, at least for a drink. We made our way down the boulevard and entered Brian's Place incomplete shock. What a gorgeous atmosphere (indoors and out) and kind and friendly staff greeted us!!! We apologized for ourhoodies and flip flops and were happily welcomed and seated. We chose to sit in the bar-area. The bartenders, Felicia & Jamesare such hard workers, but at the same time so social, friendly, and FUN! You can really tell they love working at Brian'sPlace and they are amazing mixologists. We gave them free rein on our orders of apps, drinks, and main courses - we orderedevery single one of their recommendations & we were not let down once. EVERYTHING we had was beyond delicious. Brian is animpressive chef, with great attention to detail. I cannot recommend Brian's Place enough. I would put Brian's Place up againstany restaurant in Atlanta. 5+ stars! Don't put it off, GO! Stopped in for lunch and was greeted immediately by waitstaff who were very helpful and courteous. I asked to be seated outside... even on a chilly day so I could sit by the canal and enjoy the patio. The bacon cheddar burger was very good cooked precisely asasked and everything was carefully arranged and presented on my plate. The french fries were seasoned very well and crispy. Theprice was very competitive but the flavor was by far superior. As an Out of towner looking for local fair I?m very happy Istopped in for lunch that day. Read more
This was our first time at Brian?s Place. The hostess pleasantly greeted & seated us right away. We both ordered the Italian... Stuffed Prime Pork Chop dinner. We didn?t know what came with the dinners as we didn?t see anything on the menu about it andwere offered choices of a house, Caesar salad or an upgrade to their other salads. We chose the house salad with house dressing.It also came with rolls. The salad and rolls were very good but when they brought out our dinners, it was the wow factor ! Theperfect presentation was only the prep for the excellent taste ! The grilled flavor on the outside and the perfectly done insidewas moist and delicious ! Our server was Nicholas and he couldn?t have done a better job. He, as well as the server that broughtour food, unhurriedly answered several questions we had about the premises and a possible banquet. They told us we were welcometo look around which we did.
