Very rude customer service, woman was clearly not busy and refused to serve outside drive through.

This is actually a combo business of Baskin Robins and Dunken Doughnuts. We came for the coffee! Had an iced caramel laute with... whipped cream and a delicious maple iced doughnut! What a treat! My husband ordered a coffee with a shot of expresso, ....and 10sugars. I know, its excessive, but he likes it. Guess what? When we got to the window they gave him 2. Ordered via doordash. Restaurant was out of bananas and other various items in my order and did not call me or reach out to me... in any way to ask what I wanted instead. They made the decisions for themselves and now $30 worth of product is going to wastebecause it was incorrect and disgusting. Not cool fam. Not cool. I work in customer service. We use doordash. After paying for our order for 2 ice cream cones, we waited at least 7 minutes for someone to come and serve us, while they... continued serving newer customers. Seems like they are not organized or effecient. And there was only a trickle of customersat the time. The young lady that finally came over to serve, apologizing for the wait, was apparently not trained enough, orpossibly not at all, as she asked where to find the pralines and cream and then gave us each a ?scoop of ice cream that justbarely went over the top of the small cone. It was a rip-off and we certainly won't be returning to this store anytime soon,although we will continue to frequent other Baskin Robbins stores. Read more
