Very rude customer service, woman was clearly not busy and refused to serve outside drive through.
This is actually a combo business of Baskin Robins and Dunken Doughnuts. We came for the coffee! Had an iced caramel laute with... whipped cream and a delicious maple iced doughnut! What a treat! My husband ordered a coffee with a shot of expresso, ....and 10sugars. I know, its excessive, but he likes it. Guess what? When we got to the window they gave him 2. Ordered via doordash. Restaurant was out of bananas and other various items in my order and did not call me or reach out to me... in any way to ask what I wanted instead. They made the decisions for themselves and now $30 worth of product is going to wastebecause it was incorrect and disgusting. Not cool fam. Not cool. I work in customer service. We use doordash.
