Where do I even begin? We decided to try Alphas after receiving their flyer in the mail. I ordered the Brandi's large (16") for... a whopping $18.50. I thought it was pricey but figured it would worth it if it was any good at all. Our pizza was nowhere near16", try 14.5" and had the appearance of a frozen pizza. The chicken was nearly nonexistent and what was there was dried out andtasteless. NO Buffalo sauce, very little cheese and could not taste any ranch dressing. Easily the worst pizza I've ever eatenand at nearly $19.00, the biggest rip-off as well. They won't be in business long. Read more
I give a zero if I could. STAY AWAY!!!!Worst place in the world. I ordered 6 pies 3 dozen garlic knots and it was all burnt. The... manager Chip said ?no I know one pie was burnt? mean while I have 16 kids here for a 12yr old birthday party and all the food isblack and burnt. When I called another location to speak to the owner nick I was told to tell chip to replace the whole order. Ahour later my food arrives and it?s only 3 uncooked pies and 3 dozen uncooked garlic knots now I have no food for a child?sbirthday party. When I when back to the store to get the correct food I paid for the manger Chip was so unprofessional and rude.Yelling cursing and I did too. Never again will I or anyone else I know go there to eat again including the large amount ofbusinesses that order from there and their other locations. Maybe the owner NICK should pay attention to the paying unhappycustomers and the people who?s lying in here raving how good everything is. He should worry less about his inexperiencedunprofessional rude manager Chip who clearly doesn?t care about his job or the quality of the food being served. As I readcomments on here clearly I?m not the one only who has issued with burnt food, nasty tasting pizza. Online ordering doesn't work well. Status never updates and never gives you a delivery time. Pizza is mediocre. Like any... franchise or chain pizza. Boneless wings were ok. Jalapeno poppers were just like the frozen ones you get in any grocerystore. Greek salad was TERRIBLE. Basically big chunks of iceberg lettuce with 2 small slices of cucumber and 4 little piecesof red onion. Awful potato salad and the feta tasted rancid. We got a menu in the mail and thought we would give them a try. This was the first and last time we will order from Alpha. Too many other places around with better quality and better pricing. We will stick to PJ'S or Pizza Villa or even Slice of Life. Read more
Pizza and chicken wings ???? they are scrumptious and delicious. I would like to know about how other things on the menu weigh... out but as of now I've only had those multiple times and no regrets, it's delicious. Would put no stars if I could! Very unsatisfied customer. Ordered a 16" cheese pizza that took them 2 hours to deliver. I called... to check the status of the pizza after an hour and 30 minutes and was told it just got put in the oven. I called back 2 hoursafter I ordered and was told it's out for delivery. At this point I spoke to the manager and he said it's taking longer becausewe ordered during a busy time and when I told him it's been 2 hours just to make a cheese pizza, he replied it's only been anhour and 50 minutes. This place is a joke. We recieved the pizza shortly after hanging up the phone. Pizza was undercooked andclearly not a 16" as advertised, it was really 14" at best. Never will order from here again. Tonight I had some of the best food and best service from this restaurant that I had in a long time. The high point of the... evening was when the manager came out and asked me about my experience to make sure that the food and service was great. Whatan amazing team over here. I've never written a review before, but my experience here was so terrible I feel the need to do so. I received a coupon in the... mail and decided to give the place a shot. I ordered carry-out, and was told it would be 30 minutes. I arrived after 45 minutesand had to wait an additional hour and forty minutes. From my years of restaurant experience, I could tell no one here had aclue what they were doing. I could hear the owner complaining about pizzas being burned and items being missed on orders. Therewere other customers waiting on food, and they were just as pissed as I was. What sucked even more was that I wasn't offered anysort of compensation for my patience, and neither were any of the others. The wings were solid, but the pizza was disappointing.Thanks for the coupon, but I'll stick with PJ's. Read more
We used to go to the alpha pizza in Hudson, this alpha has the same recipes and everything is delicious. Best pizza, and... definitely the best hot wings and homemade blue cheese EVER. The first time we went we were the only table there, and theservice was the best, with the main guy Charles being there. This second time we went, you could tell they were slammed, but thefood was still GREAT. The main guy was trying very hard to keep up with the orders, unfortunately you could tell they wereunderstaffed. So if you?re not a patient person, maybe try a chain pizza place.
