My wife and I were passing through Spring Green on vacation, googled good places to eat, and Last Leaf was highly recommended. ... We stepped into the restaurant, and were immediately greeted by Dave. What a great guy!! I am in the restaurant business inAlbuquerque, and Dave was kind enough to show me his restaurant and bar. He designed the bar himself, and did a fantastic job! My wife had the fish and chips, and I had the smoked brisket sandwich. We both loved our meals, and Dave smokes the meathimself early in the morning. If you want to dine in a big city restaurant in a small town, then Last Leaf is an excellentchoice. Great job Dave-kudos to you and the staff! Read more

We had an amazing dinner at Last Leaf! We had very limited time before our show at American Players Theatre, but the staff was... very familiar with that problem and made it work; they gave us menus right away and had us order while we waited for our table, and they kept us posted on the wait - they were all pleasant, helpful and efficient. When we were sat, our food and drinksarrived immediately and it was all very good. Great food options for the GF and vegetarian people and a beautifully restoredhistoric building with a cool vibe. I will definitely be back when I return to Spring Green! Read more

The place itself is so cool. I loved that it was a converted bank. The food was really good and drink was good. I ordered the... Moscow Mule and a Margherita flat bread. The staff was great. Read more

This was my first meal in wisconsin on a 4 day solo trip. I agree with their website that they are understaffed but there... service was good, I felt taken care of. I had a cucumber cosmo, Brussel sprouts app and their flatbread pizza special. The pizzawas amazing. I think also important to note that a lot of the people working there seemed to younger people, teenagers and theywere great. Read more

Very good food, cool atmosphere, the staff was caring and respectful, we didn't get silverware for the appetizers, though it... could be eaten without. The peach cider didn't really taste like peach (honestly the Brewers fault.) There was a little too muchalcohol in the other mixed drink so it hit me hard and quick. BUT their garden salad and sweet potato fries saved me from havingto eat bar food and it was so good, very thankful that they were there cause they're one of the only options for food sensitiveindividuals in the area. Flat bread meatball pizza was fantastic. Spicy sauce, crispy crust, tender, flavorful meatballs. Good beer/drink selections.... Super cool building. Attentive service, as well. Employees seemed on the young side, so if they are this good at the beginningof the season it should only get better!!! Read more

Stayed in Spring Green for the weekend and this was our first dinner after 7 hours of driving. IT WAS WORTH IT. Beautiful... atmosphere, our waitress was so lovely with suggestions and service. And the food is out of this world good. From the stellargrilles cheese to the catfish special that literally melted in tour mouth!! Read more

Excellent food and cool atmosphere in a well-renovated old bank. Nice outdoor patio space. Drinks were a tad weak, staff seemed... a bit disorganized, and the cook yelling out orders from the kitchen at the top of his lungs (to the point I physically jumpednearly every time) was SUPER annoying, but we'd give it another whirl. Pictured: trout dip appetizer (DELISH), bourbon mule, fish fry, fancy grilled cheese add ham, and sweet potato fries (crispy and flavorful). Read more
