Went here to subway to grab lunch on a Tuesday at almost 11 am and they were closed. No note, tried to call no answer. On door... says business hours are Monday through Sunday 9am to 9pm. Very disappointed. I will not try to eat here again! Read more

Every time I place an online order they do not make it correctly. The premise behind the online order is for when you had a... hectic day you can just go pick it up and go. Never fells, I have to drive the 15 minutes back to the location and have themremake something. Instead of taking responsibility they always blame it on a coworker or being short staffed. They do not try toresolve the issue at all. Today, when I took my wrap back again, I asked the person behind the counter if online ordering wasjust not something that this location should be doing. I asked her if she thought that maybe just coming in and ordering wasbetter because of it. She said yes. She would not place an online order. If this location is not able to handle online ordering,you should look into removing that option for the customer. Read more

If it was a option I would leave a Zero star review. The last three times I've been into this location, the same employee states... he can't take any orders because the system is down. And that his boss will be in an hour to fix it. Guess what when you go backhe tells you the same thing. Whoever manages this location needs to maybe hire someone that wants to work. Read more

The employees here were unclear about how they were charging me and when I tried to tell them that it should just be charged as... a normal chicken bacon ranch, they have me attitude and acted like I was being a jerk. My friend was paying for me so I didn'tcontinue the fight, but I'm pretty sure they charged extra on my sandwich and we're rude to me about it. Worst subway experience Read more

This location is fairly new to me due to just moving here 2 years ago. There have been many new employees and I feel they are... being trained well. They have all been very nice and make sure we leave happy with our sandwiches. Fastfood restaurants usuallyhave difficulty with the use of technology, but I was happily surprised to know that I can order ahead of on their App. Itallows me to skip the line... most of the time, and get home quickly.
