Sadly, the servers/bartenders are slow, lazy, and unhappy. It ended with one of the servers copping an attitude because we asked... for our check for the second time (after waiting 20 minutes). She angrily stated she would get it "when she had time" as shehappily chatted with her friends at the bar. Wow. Will not be returning. Read more

Really good steak and cheese? Oh really good atmosphere .My kind of music..
Went here on a Wednesday evening , it was practically empty right at opening. We ordered wings, BLT wrap and chicken Caesar... salad. The food was delicious and brought out quickly. Loved the brown sugar bbq rub wings. The waitresses were all in theirteens and unfortunately were more interested in their phones and talking to each other than taking care of us. When in Spring City, make a point to venture off 27 to this awesome burger joint on the lake. The view is rivaled only by the... hospitable staff (Thank you, Ashley!!), and the perfectly executed family burger recipes. I opted for the Cowboy Burger and themost delicious sweet potato fries I've ever tasted... delivered with a homemade cinnamon marshmallow dipping sauce that iscertain to blow... your.... MIND!!!! We were driving around the lake looking for a restaurant where we could eat outside with our dog so we happened across Nick's... Lakeside Grill. We thought we would check it out as it might be a place we would want to come back to when we were on the boatsometime. First of all, the positives. The location and ambiance outside was very wonderful and relaxing. The other customersaround us seemed to be very friendly and having a good time. It was also very clean. The negatives - the service was super slow to visit our table. The server wasn't overall friendly or responsive to our needs. The food wasn't anything to write homeabout but it wasn't terrible either. It just wasn't anything I would have to have in the future. The kicker - my daughterordered the "Chicken Tenders" meal. When she received her order there was literally one chicken tender and few french fries. Youare probably thinking, well it was probably a giant chicken tender. No, it was a normal size one. Had we known she would only begetting one chicken tender when the menu clearly stated "Tenders", which is falsely advertising that there will be multipletenders. Anyway, I am not sure if it was because we were sitting outside but our server never reappeared so I had to go trackher down inside. This was a beautiful day with multiple other people sitting outside so it wasn't like we were the only peopleout there but I had to go inside to track her down to pay. Thinking that maybe the cooks just messed up on the chicken tendersorder by putting only one small tender in the basket, I inquired about the chicken tender situation. Nope, it is only onechicken tender when the menu clearly states "chicken tenderS". No apology or any kind of discount was offered when I brought upthis subject. I love the atmosphere. The young ladies were very nice and helpful and treated you like you weren't a stranger wasting their... time. They treat you as if you have been coming there daily. The place was probably about an hour to closing time so we asked ifthey were able to have time to prepare 3 meals to go, and they said absolutely come on in and we'll get you whatever you like.Brisket on a bun with toppings and spinach dip and burger all the way with fries were done in no time and were delicious.Definitely going back again soon ????
