Order Supreme Tacos - nothing supreme about these? the whole party pack looked like this some no meat at all, some no sour... cream, others no toppings at all. Tacos were ice cold. This place is a joke. No answer the phone either. Read more

I am being generous with my 3 stars. I went into an empty line to get a quick snack for my kids and after paying was told, pull... around. Now, the food was not bad, no problems there this time. But they didn't give us everything we ordered, no napkins, notthe right hot sauce, etc. I didn't realize till I had pulled around and parked they never gave me a receipt, but they did haveit in the bag when they brought the food. So I didn't pay for the food we didn't get, but I wasn't able to catch tht mistakeparked out front with no receipt. So then what are you to so from there? Pull back around to order the lost items and have topark and wait again? With the dining room closed I couldn't even go get the napkins and sauce I needed. If you're going toclose the dining room, at least let us stay at the window so that we can correct any errors. Read more

Love Taco Bell but this has to be one of the worst locations to visit..I never leave reviews but after our last visit I had too.... They may be extremely understaffed I'm not sure. The last 3 times we have given them a "chance" something is either wrong orcompletely missing. My husband went to go into the lobby to get straws for our drinks since they forgot to put them in the bag.The drive thru was was LINED with cars. The lobby ended up being closed around 3pm and the worker came to the door made a face,then nodded said he'd be right back with them and never did. It's gotten so bad at this location that it's not even worth tryingto fix or get something new because it'll most likely come back worse or just as bad. You get a flat soda, cold Cinnabondelights, an over priced burrito that you asked for extra nacho cheese on and didn't get the extra nacho cheese. They ask you ifyou want sauce and you say yes and receive none in the bag. Just seriously.. try another location. Or maybe hopefully Taco Bellcorporate will step in and fix some of the issues at this location in the future. Read more

We had an online order placed and when we got there they told us that they did not have beans which is in the order. The manager... there told us that they had not accepted it and we could cancel on the app. 5 minutes later when we went to cancel the app toldus they had received it and took the money out of my account. I called the manager and she said she?d call me back and I neverheard back. We went into the store and they could not help us in anyway. *hair in food warning* It's a basic thing to say but I'd give negative stars if I could. I LOVE Taco Bell which is a shame bc... this location is one of few fast food places in the area. I've gone here time and time again to get wrong order after wrongorder. Mind you I'm a vegetarian, never eaten meat in my life and doing so would make me sick. Countless burritos and tacos thathad meat after marking them as vegetarian. During one visit I even had them read it off correctly then give me the wrong order.Another time the employee laughed and said they "accidentally gave me someone else's order". None the less I come back bc I lovethe food. Let's not even mention the atrocious customer service from all levels of employees of this location. Today we ordereda pickup order and included was the chips and cheese, what I didn't know was included was the long black hair belonging to thegentleman I saw working the back with no hair net or hair pulled up. Had to order from the kiosk in the dinning room, no big deal. As for the staff, they were completely dismissive to the dining... room, and one older gentlemen working was extremely rude to multiple different groups! Food took about twenty minutes, whichisn?t overly long, but hardly fast food. Taco Bell, close your dining room if that?s what customers can expect! Read more

A couple nights ago I went through the drive thru at about 10:30pm. I just wanted to take the time to say Russell, Shannon and... Amber were killing it. The customer service was phenomenal. They were all in a great mood and their positive energy had me andmy two passengers cracking up after a long day. I literally asked when they were working again so I could keep coming back atthat time to be served by them. This Taco Bell has been hit or miss sometimes with not looking at modifications for my onlineorders but honestly this experience outweighs any issues I had had in the past. These people need raises and promotions to helppromote a positive and fun store culture. Thanks guys!!! Read more
