I have had 2 HORRIBLE experiences here. Both ended in severe food poisioning and several days of illness that lost me money from... work. My first visit I couldn't be sure it was this restaurant, so I decided to give it a 2nd chance. The first visit I got aregular double meat and a cinnamon roll and the cinnamon roll was ROCK HARD and impossible to eat. It was extremely old. Thesandwich was weirdly wet. I was vomiting within 3 hours after eating there, and it lasted a few days and made me have to go tothe doctor. The second visit I got a Turkey regular with extra meat and a regular double meat for my boyfriend. Also we got acinnamon roll to share, since the last one was so inedible and I had to throw it away. We both had fasted that day and wereecstatic to eat, so we ate fast. The cinnamon roll was raw in the middle. Very raw. The sandwiches were both really small eventhough we got extra meat on them. After we ate at the dining room here we ran errands and by the time we got home about 3 hourlater we were both burping and nauseous. We vomited and had diarrhea for 2 days and I ended up at the hospital with severedehydration and had to stay overnight. I will NEVER go to ANY Shlotzskys ever again. Read more
After the rebranding, the classic menu shines in the limelight once again. I only have two suggestions: 1) distribute the meats... evenly from edge to edge of the bottom bun, no more center mound and 2) Please make full clean cuts. Nothing can ruin yourlunch faster than going in for a wedge and suddenly your entire sandwich is hanging from an uncut hinge of bread, dragging andspilling everything onto the floor. After a bad experience at another Schlotzsky's in a different area, I was wary, but I am glad I went! Got a wonderful sandwich I... hadn't tried before, with lots of fillings, a hearty meal! And a terrific salad for lunch the next day. Good service. SO glad Itook a chance! Read more
My daughter went through the drive thru & ordered me a cinnamon roll & this is what they gave her. Of course her being a... teenager did not check the order before she left or got a receipt but this is beyond ridiculous that they really thought it wasok serving this to anyone. Read more

Our experience here was the worst. Not only did they forget our friends bacon, but they also put the wrong sauce on my husbands... and put meat on the salad that I made clear ?no meat.? So, all 3 orders had to be sent back. When everything came back, ourfriend and my husbands sandwiches both looked totally disheveled, and my salad was extremely thin. The apples they put on mysalad also had brown spots. This was the worst experience, especially at $15.00 a sandwich and almost $10.00 a salad. Wecertainly will not be going back. Read more
