Don?t go here. No matter how much you?re craving Popeyes. It?s not worth it. They will mess up your order. They will make you... wait almost an hour for that wrong order. They will give you cold, dried up food. They will not be sorry. Drive out to alocation in Stone Oak if your Popeyes craving is that bad. Those who work here are?I have no words. It?s incredibly clear the management and owners have totally checked out. I keep giving... them chances because we love Popeyes, but I?m done with this one. A 12 piece tender, yet over half are inedibley burnt or thesize of bread crumbs, ZERO quality control. And at almost $1.50 a tender?unbelievable. Do NOT give this franchise your money. Read more
Not mad, just disappointed. I'm not a big drinker, but I do wish I could have had another couple sips of my soda. This was a... ridiculous amount of ice lol Other than that, food was great. I liked their chicken sandwich. I didn't mind it because I'm notin a rush, but there was a small wait for my fries. They were nice and fresh but just keep that in mind if you have somewhere tobe when going there. Read more
Worst store ever. They take and fulfill one order at a time and are INCREDIBLY slow. Then they are out of everything. Then... they ask you to go into the parking lot and wait and forget about you in purpose. Been here 50 minutes and have made zeroprogress. There are 5 still ahead of me. Disgusting work ethic. This place will ask what sauce you want but not give you it. Oh and I guess it's a bring your our fork and spoon kinda place... because you don't get utensils for your mashed potatoes or Mac and cheese. Chicken nuggets were dry but they could of tastedyummy with some damn BBQ sauce. Read more
Just waited in the drive thru line for over 40 minutes and this is what I got! I'm not sure if it was overcooked, bad meat, or... both, but it tasted awful and it basically turned to chalk in my mouth. Read more
I honestly don?t even know what to say I haven?t been here in over a yr - I?m being reminded WHY! I had to go back (twice) for... items left off of my order. I called them and returned each time - the manager was so gracious as to give me wait for it?Exactly what I ordered. I was surprised he didn?t offer some free tenders or a meal for the next time I came back for all of mytrouble and the 30 minutes wasted LOL? But no - he gave me my six biscuits and fries left off of the order originally. Mind youmy order was over $40 of chicken and sides. ?Sorry? hmmm ???? All I can say is I honestly don?t even know how they?re still inbusiness. Warning check your order order before leaving drive-through or you might be shorted on your order as well. I?ll trythem again in a yr maybe ??????????? If they hire better employees and train them better ?! Corporate needs to make some legitchanges ?! This place is the absolute worst. My daughter loves Popeyes so I keep trying to give them chances, but no more. We are done for... good with Popeye?s in Spring Branch. I don?t know who owns or manages this place, but it is clear they don?t give a flip and aretotally absent. Went today and there was one car in front of us. It literally took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru.They apparently can only handle one order at a time. I am not exaggerating when I say the employee took the order of the womanin front of us and then did not even take our order until that car had received their food and driven off. By the time I wasable to order there was a line across the parking lot. The woman who took our order was screaming and yelling at other employeeson a hot mic. When we finally were able to order, she kept cutting me off while I was trying to give her instructions on theorder because they literally screw our order up every time we come here. And sure enough, after we got our food today, the orderwas wrong. My suggestion is to stay as far away from this place as possible. Service is atrocious and the food is subpar.
