As a business, you should be ready to render services during said business hours. Not only were employees making excuses about... having a meeting and that?s WHY they opened late but they laughed when we asked for a family order and said that?s going to belonger. Really sounded like more excuses so they wouldn?t have to work. Long story short if you want lunch don?t go til 12p or1p?.they might have food made at that time but don?t have standards for customer service either. Read more
I placed an online order for my family and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrive at the store to see the line out... to the street because they closed the lobby. So I call and ask if they can just hand me my ALREADY PAID FOR order which is nowgetting cold!! And the manager gets upset with the worker who wanted to bring me my food and said I have to wait in the drivethru line that is out to the street because her worker can?t walk 10 steps to the door and give me my food that is ready andpaid for. It?s now been 15-20 minutes since my food was prepared and ready and has just been sitting in the restaurant! I amhighly upset and will not be returning to this location. The food is consistent. They tend to be out of individual entres or rice from time to time. The service is usually good. This... time they forgot the fortune cookies, so the kids weren't too happy. Overall it is what you get with Panda Express in SpringBranch. Read more
Not sure how this place stays in business - this was some of the most flavorless & expensive food I have every eaten. Fried rice... has consistency of paste. I went through the drive-thru and when I opened my bag - the fork they provided was not wrapped in aprotective covering but rather just thrown in the bag -eewwee - who knows how many dirty hands touched it! The girl taking drive thru orders at 6:30 pm on August 5th was extremely rude and unprofessional. Makes me not want to visit... again. Will, on the other hand, who cashed me out and gave me my order was very nice and pleasant. She should learn from him. Read more
My wife went to pick up dinner, she ordered 2 bowls. One was orange chicken and fried and the other almond shrimp with... chow-mein. Literally received a bowl with shrimp and lettuce/cabbage. Read more
Food was very good. Best to go inside as the drive thru was 17 cars deep. I ordered online to support the Bulverde Activity... Center. Nice that Panda Express gives back to the community. Read more
