As a business, you should be ready to render services during said business hours. Not only were employees making excuses about... having a meeting and that?s WHY they opened late but they laughed when we asked for a family order and said that?s going to belonger. Really sounded like more excuses so they wouldn?t have to work. Long story short if you want lunch don?t go til 12p or1p?.they might have food made at that time but don?t have standards for customer service either. Read more
I placed an online order for my family and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrive at the store to see the line out... to the street because they closed the lobby. So I call and ask if they can just hand me my ALREADY PAID FOR order which is nowgetting cold!! And the manager gets upset with the worker who wanted to bring me my food and said I have to wait in the drivethru line that is out to the street because her worker can?t walk 10 steps to the door and give me my food that is ready andpaid for. It?s now been 15-20 minutes since my food was prepared and ready and has just been sitting in the restaurant! I amhighly upset and will not be returning to this location. Not sure how this place stays in business - this was some of the most flavorless & expensive food I have every eaten. Fried rice... has consistency of paste. I went through the drive-thru and when I opened my bag - the fork they provided was not wrapped in aprotective covering but rather just thrown in the bag -eewwee - who knows how many dirty hands touched it!
