There was an issue with the mobile app not accepting a coupon, so we changed items. Then the app thought the original coupon was... redeemed (even though it wasn't). The cashier was new so he went & got a manger to help him. The manager on duty named Preciousexplained the situation and apologized because she cannot control how the mobile app works. She was very helpful and made thesituation right. 10/10 recommend this McDonald's location. We have one closer to us but we choose to drive further to thisspecific location.
