I came in here Sunday night and brought my husband with me, it was his first time ever eating there food. First they tell us... they are out of French Bread, so he is forced to order his sandwich on wheat. That's fine, however that's not the experience wewere expecting. Second their were 3 employees in the store and only one stood out bc her attitude was bold and rude. I didn'tcatch her name but she had brown hair and was a loud mouth. I specifically said no mayo, I open my sandwich and guess what? A-hamayo! I bring it back to her and her unwelcoming Rude mouth decides to argue with me instead of just correcting the problem. Iwas fed up so I just took my sandwich and ate it. About 15 mins later the blonde lady that took my order sits down with asandwich on French bread when they told us they were out! That was my first and last time I will ever step foot in thatlocation. This store is one of many that are sinking in Spring Branch. Read more
They short change you on the amount of goodies they put on your sandwich, not very happy with them, for what you get and the... prices go to a Subway...sorry Jimmy John's Read more
It's always something. Always forgetting either the mayo/mustard packs, my straw, even the chips. Today I got 1 single napkin... for 2 sandwiches?? Bruh what. I got a large drink with a small straw that was broken, NO mustard/mayo packs even though it wasrequested. AND to top it off, my bag of chips came busted open and stale. I order from this location so many times and 9/10it's always the same order. And there's ALWAYS something missing or messed up. I'm bout ready to just stop ordering food fromthis location all together. Read more
Went through the drive-thru yesterday afternoon to order 2 sandwiches. No one else was in line and it didn't appear to be busy... inside. I waited in line for 10 minutes to get my sandwiches. I did notice that a female employee was outside giggling andtalking with a young man in a car the entire time I was in line. (To her credit, she could have been on break.) Read more
This place is AMAZING!!! The manager,LUCY, is the nicest most customer accomodating. She saved my life when i was in a bind... with my caterer who cancelled on me last minute. She had a large order ready for me within the HOUR! And she had no hesitation.They are also always just so fresh and quick and just great service! Highly recommend them for any event!!! The worst experience I have ever had at a Jimmy John's, I will never be eating here again. My order taker was Andres and she had... black shoulder length hair, she was extremely rude, disrespectful, and on top of that, got my order wrong twice. I have been along time customer of Jimmy John's but after this I won't be spending my hard earned money here. If you are considering eatinghere, my advice is don't waste your money. Read more
So my husband and I came in this afternoon. The service was fine for the most part. They did manage to "forget" all the sides... that cost extra. So I went up to the counter to get the rest of my order...the gal was acting like I was an inconvenience to herday. She didn't give me enough avocado to spread on my sandwich.
