After the pizza tracker was taking longer than normal to update tonight, I went inside to see if there was a glitch. What I saw... was AMAZING! I saw the hardest working, most efficient team I had ever seen. They were ALL working so fast and so hard whilecontinuously getting slammed order after order. I stood there shocked at how in unison and hard-working the team was. TheGeneral Manager was even working hard making pizza with the crew. There was no glitch in the tracker and my order was deliveredon time! KUDOS! Thank you for your hard work. As always, you rock! Read more
Picked up an order on a Saturday morning and the worker gives me change of a dollar. When I asked for the full change, he said... they didn't have it. So, I was out $.40. Nothing costly but I've never had a business do that to me before. If you want to makean unsolicted donation, this is the place for you. Read more
If I could rank you a 0 stars right now I would. I order a couple pizzas for delivery at 549 pm it says it will take 66 to 76... min to get here. Ok I can live with that. Than about 2 hours later I try calling the store for about 10 to 15 min I Stay onhold. No one answered at all. Than I get an email saying my order was canceled. Got my money back and all buy it took 2 and halfhours for me to figure out that I'm gonna have to go get dinner for hungry kids. Awesome. Ridiculous service horrible horrible. Read more
Always later than delivery estimate. Don?t waste your money. Update, they offered for a free redo of my order for their errors... on the previous. Tried to order on Friday and the manager refused as she ?couldn?t guarantee that it would arrive fresh? becausethey were so busy at the time. I understood as she suggested to try again Sunday, which I now did and they said they aren?tdoing any delivery orders. Nothing but difficulties from this place. Read more
