I love Zaxby?s. But this location lets me down so often. Anytime I get wings they have virtually no sauce on them so I pay the... extra to get sauce that should have been in my chicken in the first place. Just disappointing because I know other locationsdon?t do this. Read more

Great chicken just at night the place looks closed not enough lighting,me and my wife came to the store around 8:00 pm looked... dark on inside and out. Asked the guy at the drive thru speaker if they were closed,even the menu sign was dark. I don't knowif it was just a problem with lighting that night or if it's been that way.Been there during the day much better experience andstill the same great chicken fingers. Read more

Slime/dirt in the ice machine! Went through drive through. Food was okay, got sweet tea for my drink. Tea was better than the... food; I drank it all up! Go to eat the remaining ice and see something black in my cup. Upon examination, i see it's somethingfrozen into a piece of ice. Bug? Slime? Mold? Idk, but I won't be back. Not because they didn't ask if I wanted condiments, notbecause the lady at the window needs to work on customer service skills, and not because the chicken wasn't the best.
